Why We Rise
When I first heard the name “Rise Counseling & Diagnostics” my mind immediately went to a song, “Rise Up” by Andra Day. For some reason, my mental health journey has always been directly connected to music.

Rise is committed to providing a full continuum of outpatient care to meet the behavioral, emotional and educational needs of our clients and families. Rise began in 2014 as Pediatrics Plus Counseling and Diagnostics, after receiving several requests for learning disability testing. Since that time, the Rise team has evaluated and empowered hundreds of families from all over the state. In 2019, Rise received CARF accreditation and began offering individual and family counseling services. As we continue to strive to meet the needs of our families, Rise has expanded its team to include experts in the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.
Our services are designed to benefit children and adolescents ages 3-21. At Rise, we believe in meeting families where they are and providing the support they need during challenging times. Evaluations and counseling sessions are designed to answer the specific questions and provide relief to the particular needs of the family and client.
Whether you come for counseling or assessment services, you can expect to receive the same exceptional level of care we would demand for own families.
