Gina Schaef

As Senior Vice President of New Programs, Gina works with her team to meet the needs of the Rise families. Gina plays an integral role in the development and establishment of new services. She works in collaboration with various therapists, directors, and families to ensure we leave no stone unturned in our ability to care for our families. Gina believes in a holistic level of care and strives to provide any integrated services needed at Rise.

She’s served in various roles since 2005, including Therapy Director, Director of the Learning and Diagnostic Center, and Director of Special Programs. Before obtaining her Developmental Therapist certification, she spent ten years in the financial aid field and led the Financial Aid department at Hendrix College. While serving in that role, Gina realized her passion for helping families navigate challenges and found joy in assisting families with their goals.

In her free time, Gina enjoys running, playing the piano, and spending time with her husband and three children.
