During her tenure at UCA Ericka lived with her aunt in Sherwood and commuted to Conway every day.
Ericka loves working with children and families. She describes her job as rewarding and loves helping parents find answers to what is causing their child to struggle.

Ericka is highly involved in community outreach through her sorority of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Beta Pi Omega Chapter and is a member of Junior League North Little Rock and the Arkansas Association of Black Psychology Professionals.
