Kaitlin Parker, LMSW

Kaitlin found her passion for helping others at a young age. Her desire to advocate for others later drove her to pursue a career in Social Work. She found Rise Counseling through her work with our sister company, Pediatrics Plus, and their Autism Waiver Program in 2019. Kaitlin completed her bachelor’s of Social Work at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2021 and her master’s of Social Work in 2022.

Through her time in school, Kaitlin gained experience in the mental health field through various professional roles and internships. She has experience working with children with autism, at-risk youth, the blind and visually impaired, grieving families, and adults struggling with substance abuse.

“My purpose in this profession is to help people empower themselves and realize their full worth and potential. I love this field because making a difference in one life or hundreds of lives still creates change, no matter how small or large,” Kaitlin said. She feels that the most rewarding part of her job is seeing children, adolescents, and teens gain a sense of self and realize how valuable and important they are.

In her free time, Kaitlin loves spoiling her fur babies, is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, and enjoys being outdoors, going fishing, and eating cheese fries.

Kaitlin serves clients in Little Rock.
